OPEN LETTER TO HONORABLE PRIME MINISTER SHEIKH HASINA, GOVERNMENT OF THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF BANGLADESH,
Re: Urge to your sympathy to recruit for the unrecommended candidates of 36th BCS non-cadres,
Dear Honorable Prime Minister, The
mother of the country,
I, on
behalf of the unrecommended candidates of 36th
BCS non-cadres, beg to draw your kind and sympathetic look to the following
fact that we face so many problems for want of any job as an unemployed man in
our country. Its usefulness cannot be described in words. But it is a matter of
great regret that there is no any scope to apply or get any jobs without 36th
BCS non-cadres because of our age being
thirty up. It is our final and last scope to get a job from 36th BCS
non-cadres. If we do not get a job, we must die. Without this job, life is
valueless.
I can
strongly say that the un-recommended candidates of 36th BCS
non-cadres are more meritorious and talented candidates than other candidates.
All the candidates have promised to build up a digital Bangladesh and developed
country in the world to fulfill the
dreams of our Great leader Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur
Rahman and the mother of the country Honorable Prime Minister Sheikh
Hasina.
I want to say with great
sorrow that all the candidates who study hard to get the BCS jobs by performing
three steps (Preliminary, Written and Viva) from SSC to BCS for a long time.
After passing the final steps, we do not get any job. It is very hopeless news for
us. We cannot do well for our country any way. It certainly hampers the smooth
development of our country as a Digital Bangladesh.
The final results of the 36th Bangladesh Civil
Service (BCS) examinations were published on October 17, 2017. A total of 2,323
aspirants were recommended for the appointment at different cadres in 36th BCS.
Another 3,308 successful examinees have been kept on non-cadre posts subject to
appointment based on vacancy. 2700 candidates among 3308 candidates, who passed
the 36th BCS examination, applied for the non-cadre posts.
On 15 March, BPSC recommended
the recruitment of 284 candidates of the 36th Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS)
examination with the status of first class non-cadre officials. Later, on 21
March, another 985 candidates of the 36th BCS were recommended with the status
of second class non-cadre officials. The recommendation has been made as per
the Special Cadre Posts Recruitment Rules- 2010 and amended Non-cadre Posts
Recruitment Rules 2014, so why we cannot be recommended for first or second
class jobs? It is our right and demand.
Please, free us from the curse
of unemployment by recommending in first class or second class posts and then
the final result of 37th BCS should be published. Please, give us the
opportunity to prove our worth and efficiency for the posts of first or second
class officials. Please, protect us from the death and punishment of our luck
which depends on your kindness and greatness as a mother of our country.
I would like to request your favour to take
necessary steps to recommend and recruit us any job (first or second class)
according to Non-cadre Posts Recruitment Rules 2014 and oblige
thereby.
Yours sincerely,
Md. Monoarul Hasan Manik (Regi: 601184)
On behalf of the unrecommended candidates of 36th BCS
non-cadres
